Are you satisfied with your body? Do you love your body? What goals do you have for yourself and why?
SPIRIT – How does your spiritual self feel?
What emotions are you experiencing? What negative energies? What positive energies?
MIND- What perspectives are you creating for yourself?
Evaluate. Are your needs met? Are you content? Are you who you want to be?
WHOLE BEING – What action is needed?
Are your thoughts, actions and beliefs in alignment? If not, what changes need to take place to center yourself? What healing do you need?
